Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. The Ultimate It Girl Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, representatives, and agents of Bodisol and any affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
1.3. This Giveaway is only open to residents of Australia.

2. Entry Period
2.1. The Giveaway begins on October 16, 2024, and ends at midnight on October 31, 2024.
2.2. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
3.1. Participants must follow all instructions as outlined in the social media post related to this Giveaway.
3.2. To enter, participants must:
- Like and save the giveaway post.
- Follow all participating brands listed in the post.
- Tag a minimum of three friends in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).
- Optional: Share the post to their stories and tag @bodisol for extra entries.

4. Prize Details
4.1. The total prize value is over $1,000 AUD and includes the following items:

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

5. Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) lucky winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
5.2. The winner will be announced on November 1, 2024, on Bodisol’s social media accounts and via a story post.
5.3. The winner will be contacted via private message from the official Bodisol Instagram account.
5.4. The winner will be asked to provide their address in order for the physical products to be sent to them. Online vouchers will be emailed directly to the winner.

6. General Conditions
6.1. Bodisol reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that are deemed inappropriate at Bodisol's discretion.
6.2. Bodisol is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions or other issues that may arise during the entry process.

7. Liability
7.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bodisol, its affiliates, and Instagram from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
7.2. Bodisol reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

8. Instagram Disclaimer
8.1. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
8.2. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bodisol and not to Instagram.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
