What is the shelf life of Bodisol products?
The best before date can be found on the bottom of the product, along with the batch number and production date. Generally speaking, most of our product shelf-life is recommended around 3 months. We recommend storing all Bodisol products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For all loose powders, we recommend refrigerating once opened.
Can I take Bodisol products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can mean massive adjustments for your body, diet and beauty routine. During this time, you should talk to a trusted healthcare practitioner before taking any supplement.
Whilst many of our customers have been able to take our products throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, clinical testing has only been done on non-pregnant women. Our formulations have been rigorously tested for quality and safety, however, we still advise speaking with your healthcare practitioner to check that our products are right for you and your individual needs.
I received an incorrect item

Do you provide the full ingredient list for products?
Yes, we do. This information is available to view on all product pages. Scroll down to the *Ingredients* section next to the product description, and view the full ingredient list there.
Has Bodisol products been tested for quality and safety?
Bodisol products undergo rigorous testing for quality and purity to guarantee the products we sell are certified, 100% safe for human consumption.
Our products are manufactured in the U.S. meaning we are subject to FDA laws there. The FDA does not approve dietary supplement products. However, all Bodisol products comply with FDA regulations. Our manufacturers undergo FDA inspections to ensure they comply with regulations to ensure our products are safe, effective and properly labeled.
Our manufacturers are also GMP certified.
Bodisol are currently working towards TGA registration, which is the governing body for theraputic goods in Australia. The individual ingredients found in Bodisol products are TGA approved.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How much is shipping?
All orders under $100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
Shipping & Returns
Does Bodisol offer free shipping?
For Australian customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, there's a flat rate $10 shipping cost for orders less than $100.
For New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, there’s a $10 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.
For all International customers, we have a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD. For purchases over $100 we offer free shipping.
Do you ship orders internationally?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, United States and Canada.
All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. Given our warehouse is located in the U.S, our customers do not need to worry about customs.
We always do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. But sometimes shipping delays occur for reasons out of our control (busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions). Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact info@bodisol.com.au with any queries.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our orders are received within 2-5 business days.
If it has been longer than 7 business days since you have placed your order, please reach out to us at info@bodisol.com.au.
What is your returns policy?
Bodisol is designed for the everyday person. We specialise in innovative health and wellness products that are easy to use.
Busy living doesn’t have time for complicated administration. Our Return and Refund Policy has been designed to be as effortless and straightforward as your Bodisol routine.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
If you receive your product and it is damaged, you have 21 days to contact us and return your product for a replacement, store credit or full refund. All return items will be subject to review by our quality control team upon receipt.

I haven't received my order confirmation and/or shipping email?
Our order confirmation and shipping emails are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Sometimes customers forget their PayPal is linked to an old email address. Check your PayPal email if you haven’t received the email linked to your order.
Additionally, check your Junk or Spam folders – occasionally our emails end up there. If this is the case, please move info@bodisol.com.au to the approved list within your email inbox. Now you won’t miss a thing.
Can I track my order?
For most of the countries we ship to, we use FedEx which provides full tracking services online.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it will include a tracking link.
Please keep in mind that although most orders are shipping out within 24-48 hours, we often don't provide a tracking link until 48 hours after dispatch. We recommend adding your phone number at checkout to receive delivery updates via text as well.
Do I have to pay import customs, duty or taxes?
Given our warehouse location in the U.S. most of our customers do not have to worry about customs.
All other customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes.
I didn't collect my items from the post office in time
Uncollected items from the post office will be sent back to our warehouse by Australia Post. Contact us at info@bodisol.com.au and we can resend your order to you. However, this will incur a $10 shipping fee. We will not process a refund for uncollected items.
What if my order is damaged or faulty?
We pride ourselves in providing quality products that deliver safe and tangible results. If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please email info@bodisol.com.au within 21 days of receiving your order. We will help you and issue a refund where applicable.
