Shipping
Your shipment will originate from our US-based manufacturer, with FedEx handling the delivery. While FedEx may promise quick delivery times, it's important to be aware that delays can occur, particularly due to customs clearance processes. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond the control of Bodisol. We currently only offer express shipping within the US for these reasons.
Our order fulfilment time typically takes 1-2 business days before being shipped. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfil.

Changes to your order
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you can do so within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order goes into fulfilment we will not be able to make changes to your order.
Customs & Import Duties
Any import taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Should your order incur additional fees, you will receive notification and must settle these prior to customs clearance.
As the provider of goods, we declare the package value upon shipment. Subsequently, it is subject to approval, delay, or rejection by your country’s customs authorities.
Failure to pay these extra charges will result in the return of your order to us. A refund will be issued, deducting the shipping cost, upon receipt of the returned package.

Bodisol is designed for the everyday person. We specialise in innovative health and wellness products that are easy to use.
Busy living doesn’t have time for complicated administration. Our Return and Refund Policy has been designed to be as effortless and straightforward as your Bodisol routine.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
If you receive your product and it is damaged, you have 21 days to contact us and return your product for a replacement, store credit or full refund. All return items will be subject to review by our quality control team upon receipt.
